Olympus Diagnostic Centre — Payment & Booking Refund Rules

Policy Overview

This Refund Policy explains when refunds are applicable for online payments made on Olympus Diagnostics website. By booking a test/package, you agree to this policy.

1) When Refund is Applicable

  • Payment deducted but booking not created due to technical error.
  • Booking cancelled by Olympus Diagnostics due to operational reasons (slot not available, service not possible, etc.).
  • Duplicate payment made accidentally for the same booking.

2) When Refund is NOT Applicable

  • Customer cancels after sample collection / service delivered.
  • Customer provides incorrect details resulting in failure of service.
  • No-show cases (customer unavailable at scheduled time) — if applicable.

3) Refund Timeline

  • Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 working days.
  • Credit to bank/UPI depends on bank/payment partner timelines.
