Test bookings / appointments may be cancelled up to 7 hours before the scheduled sample collection or test appointment time.
Cancellations made after this period may not be eligible for a refund.
Refunds will be processed in the following situations:
Duplicate payment made for the same test booking
Payment made but service not delivered
Test booking cancelled within the eligible cancellation period
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:
Sample already collected
Diagnostic test already completed
Incorrect test booking made by the user
No-show at the scheduled appointment time
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days through the original payment method via Razorpay.
